- Interview the injured party and all of the relevant witnesses involved in the compensation claim (if required).
- Complete a comprehensive and detailed statement from the injured party and all the witnesses involved in the compensation claim (if required).
- Obtain copies of the police reports, ambulance reports, medical reports and any other documentation required to assist in your compensation claim.
- Arrange and attend interviews with the attending police officers, ambulance officers and any other officials (if applicable).
- Obtain comprehensive and detailed statements from the attending police officers and ambulance officers (if applicable).
- Complete a detailed and thorough investigation of the scene of accident and surrounding area.
- Obtain photographs of the scene of the accident and surrounding area/prepare a daigram
